Volunteers

Bill and Faith Bustard reside in Oreland, Pennsylvania.  They have volunteered for several animal organizations in the past, so bring a wealth of knowledge to the Animal Welfare Project.  Their first major effort was to tackle gathering hundreds of scattered signatures from animal organizations around the state of Pennsylvania.

Their intent was to support the Pennsylvania District Attorneys Association, in order to raise the penalties against animal abuse. Immediately thereafter, they created an extensive database. It's purpose was so it will now be easier to contact other Rescues and Humane Organizations in the future.

We look forward to their energy and future initiatives, and are thankful they chose to give their skills and energy to the Animal Welfare Project.

Eileen Scacetti lives in Bordentown, NJ.  She is active with several rescue organizations, including one which transports foster animals up and down the East Coast as they find their way to new homes.  Her depth has provided the Animal Welfare Project with  great stability while it was forming, and her great care and concern for four-legged creatures is her legacy.
