To provide a safe haven where the community’s homeless or unwanted horses and dogs can be professionally retrained and then be returned to the community as companion animals, sporting competitors,  or to serve the community as Search And Rescue participants or Therapy animals.  To educate the community, especially youth, about the plight of unwanted, homeless and abused horses and dogs and to provide guidelines which will enable them to identify animal mistreatment.
