P J Loomer is the owner of
“P Diamond J Outfitters.”
She has been leading horse pack trips into the Pecos Wilderness
of northern New Mexico for two decades. She raises Foundation
Paint Horses and works cattle when not packing in the Rocky
Mountains. She has been breaking and training young stock horses
most of her life and competed in college rodeo. |

Walt
Sasse and Rich Kendzior
Walt Sasse and Rich Kendzior are both retiredPhiladelphia Mounted
Patrol Officers. Both good horsemen, they have extensive backgrounds.
Today they are co-owners of National Equine Security Specialists.
Nicknamed the "Pink Hats," this name has been dubbed
upon their security team by the grateful competitors and managers
of major international horse shows.
This nickname sticks because while providing top-notch security
at hectic competitions, they also are known for doing it all
with a smile...and their ability to be spotted across the massive
crowds by their infamous “neon pink” ball caps. |
Deb
Norman and Leslie McDevitt, with "Encore" and "Rumor"
---Professional Dog Trainers.
Deb Norman, Y2K9s Sports Director, Wyndmoor, Pennsylvania.
Well-known classes include Obedience, Flyball, Agility, and
others.
Leslie McDevitt, MLA CDBC CPDT, is a Certified Dog Behavior
Consultant through the International Association of Animal Behavior
Consultants. She is also a Certified Pet Dog Trainer through
the Certification Council for Pet Dog Trainers.
Leslie is a clicker trainer who specializes in creating behavior
modification programs for reactive, anxious and fearful dogs.
Leslie's behavior-based articles have been published in Dog
Fancy and Clean Run Agility Magazine.
Her first book, "Control Unleashed" is available from
www.cleanrun.com.
It is based on her popular program for teaching reactive or
stressed-out dogs to work happily when off lead in distracting
competition and "real life" environments. Leslie is
a member of the Truly Dog Friendly Coalition and is an advocate
for force-free, pain-free methods of training. |
Judi
Carson- Canine Breeder & Competitor.
Judy is a nationally recognized breeder & competitor, showing
dogs competitively for 30 years. She has produced multiple
Title Holders in both Breed & Obedience, She has competed
with Afghans, Golden Retrievers, Rottweilers, Silky Terriers,
& Standard Poodles. Judy has held multiple Board positions
on both local & national club levels (Breed & Obedience)
& in addition is active in Agility. |
Jessie Morgan of “West Jersey K-9 Search & Rescue”
has a lengthy history of Search and Rescue work.
Her invaluable experience can help determine which homeless
animals will be up to the mentally and physically demanding
tasks of Emergency Work and Tracking.
Jessie has worked with many dogs and currently has “Murphy”
in training, shown here practicing a search for drowning
victims. Murphy was rescued as a puppy from the streets of Germantown,
PA. He and Jessie have worked many searches together,
including the September 11 World Trade Center recovery efforts.

Dr.
Evelyn Orenbuch graduated from The Ohio State College of
Veterinary medicine in 1994.
She has worked in several mixed and small animal veterinary
hospitals in the Philadelphia area where she grew up, and in
North Carolina where she lived for 6 years after graduation.
She was trained in veterinary chiropractic at Options for Animals,
and certified by the American Veterinary Chiropractic Association
in 1999.
Dr. Orenbuch left the traditional animal hospital setting in
January of 2003 when she started her own business, Orenbuch
Veterinary Chiropractic. She recently also completed the
veterinary acupuncture course given by the International Veterinary
Acupuncture Society (IVAS) and can now offer acupuncture to
her patients as well as chiropractic.
Several of her patients are nationally and internationally ranked
agility dogs. But her treatments have helped many dogs,
horses and cats as well.

Lena O'Brien brings an international flavor
to the Animal Welfare Project. Originally trained by the
Swedish Military, she has competed on both sides of the Atlantic
Ocean. Further trained at the Kentucky Horse Park, she
has managed barns for World-Class riders. Today she produces
her ownmultiple champions in disciplines ranging from jumping
to driving. |
